What We Collect

We collect only what we need to make the site work: your email address and a hashed (encrypted) password when you create an account, and your pet's profile details — name, species (dog or cat), weight, and breed — when you add a pet profile. If you use the Document Vault, we store the files you upload. When you search for travel requirements, we use your search inputs to return results but we do not permanently log your searches.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for any purpose. We do not collect your location, your device ID, or any information beyond what is listed above.

How We Use Your Information

We use your email to: send you a password reset link if you request one, and to respond if you contact us for support.

We use your pet profile to: pre-fill the search form, save your trips, and match carrier size recommendations. We do not send marketing emails.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on cloud servers. Documents in your vault are only accessible through your account.

Your Rights

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. Deleting your account permanently removes your email, pet profiles, saved trips, and uploaded documents from our system. To request data deletion, visit our Help Center.
