Rabies vaccination (dogs 90 days and older)
Dogs 90 days (3 months) of age or older must have a valid rabies vaccination. If it is the dog's first rabies vaccination, travel must occur at least 21 days after the vaccine was administered. Subsequent boosters (with no break in cover) have no waiting period. The vaccine must be documented in the IVC (name, batch number, date, expiry). Dogs under 90 days are exempt only if a vet certifies the age and the dog has not been on property with reported urban rabies in the last 90 days.
