Vaccinations

Core Vaccinations (Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvovirus)
All dogs must have valid core vaccinations against canine distemper virus, adenovirus type 1, and parvovirus type 2 (DHPPi or equivalent combination). Vaccination records must be included in the veterinary health certificate. NOTE: For Schedule I countries (AU, NZ, Ireland, GB), rabies vaccination is NOT required.

Singapore Dog Licence
Before applying for an import licence, the owner must obtain a Singapore dog licence from the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS). This must be in place before the import licence application.
Singapore Import Licence
An import licence issued by AVS (Animal & Veterinary Service / NParks) is required to bring a dog into Singapore. The licence must be obtained before the dog arrives. Fee: S$50 for normal processing (two working days) or S$100 for express processing (one working day). Apply via AVS e-services at https://avs-eservices.nparks.gov.sg/eservices/. The licence is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

Veterinary Health Certificate
A veterinary health certificate must be issued 2 to 7 days before the date of export. The certificate must certify that the dog: fulfils the required veterinary conditions for import into Singapore, is healthy, is free from any clinical sign of contagious or infectious disease, and is fit for travel at the time of export. The certificate must be issued by an official government veterinarian of the exporting country.

Singapore Customs GST Import Permit
A Goods and Services Tax (GST) import permit from Singapore Customs is required for the dog's entry. This is in addition to the AVS import licence.

Microchip

ISO Microchip
The dog must be fitted with an ISO 11784 or ISO 11785 Annex A compliant microchip before import. The microchip number must appear on all import documents and the veterinary health certificate.

Minimum Age: 12 Weeks at Export
The dog must be at least 12 weeks (84 days) of age at the time of export to Singapore.
