Import Permit
An import permit from DAFF must be obtained before travel. Apply well in advance.
180-Day Residency in Approved Country
Dog must have lived continuously in an approved Group 2 or Group 3 country (e.g. Japan, Singapore, UK, EU) for at least 180 days before export to Australia. No rabies vaccination is required if this condition is met.
