Health Certificate
Official government-endorsed health certificate issued by an accredited vet within 5 days before travel.
Import Permit
An import permit from DAFF (Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry) must be obtained before the dog travels to Australia.

Microchip
Dog must be fitted with an ISO 11784/11785 microchip before travel.
Quarantine
10-Day Quarantine
All dogs entering Australia must complete 10 days of post-arrival quarantine at the DAFF-approved facility in Mickleham, Victoria. Costs are at the owner's expense.

Flea and Tick Treatment
External parasite treatment (approved product) applied within 5 days before departure. Treatment must be recorded on the health certificate.
